To combat the ice, the sidewalks were shoveled and salted. Thank you to Norzin Thupten who helped salt!

Repairs were started on a porch, but paused for both rain and budgetary reasons. Other projects still in the works.

The active leak in 6710 was repaired.

Squirrels got into 6738 from defective/damaged vents, need to reimburse an agreed upon amount for vents, which will set back savings for another month.
